Setting Nutritional Goals, I Am Committed!!

I am on day 3 of a 30 day nutritional program.  I am feeling very good about the month ahead and am determined to conquer my health goals.   I also quit coffee cold turkey as of the first day so other than a bit if a headache here and there from that, I feel just fine.

Breakfast and lunch are a healthy meal replacement shake that is chalked full of vitamins, minerals and under-natured whey.  Dinner is a healthy dinner of 400-700 calorie dinner consisting of protein, vegetable and a carbohydrate.  I am always full and depending on the season, enjoy many different vegetables.

I had done this nutritional program before and although it is a lifestyle, life happened and I got off track. I had amazing results with a noticeable difference in my sleep patterns, mental clarity, lost weight and inches overall and my energy was soaring through the roof.

Today is my first cleanse day of the 30 day program, there are 4 total in the entire 30 days.  Cleansing is great in the fact that it cleanses your cells within your body and helps rid the toxins from your body.

I will be a force to be reckoned with. I WILL achieve my goals.

I strayed off the path and now back and committed as ever.  I will succeed! You can too!   Life is made of choices and if you make a wrong one and have a bad day, remember that tomorrow is a new day and a new chance!
