These easy spareribs are slow cooked with only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds pork spareribs, cut in serving-size pieces
  • salt and pepper, or seasoned salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bottle (16 ounces) barbecue sauce, or use 2 cups of homemade barbecue sauce

Preparation:

Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper; place on broiler rack. Broil ribs for 20 to 25 minutes. Place ribs in slow cooker along with sliced onion and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
I cooked these yesterday and they were AMAZING! The meat fell off the bone and were soooo tasty.
Kudos to Dianna for a great recipe!  My family absolutely loved this! 🙂
