Watch out for Mikeila Grace~ Up & Coming Sensation

Mikeila Grace is an up and coming Canadian music artist who is in the studio currently writing her first album with Adam Alexander.  To date Adam has sold well over 7.5 million records in Canada alone. He has compiled 14 Socan and/or Billboard #1 singles, including the first and second season Canadian Idol winners singles “Something More” and “Awake in a Dream” which went on to be 6 and 8 times platinum respectively, both setting Canadian single sales records.

In 2017, AMG Corp signed Canadian pop-star, Mikeila Grace.  Mikeila was discovered from a close monitoring of social media by AMG’s Management, Alana Yip-Hoi & Gail Racanelli. The deal encompasses an exclusive multi-year, multi-faceted arrangement featuring recordings, live concert performances inclusive of merchandising content with the 18-year-old vocal powerhouse and songwriter.

Mikeila recently sang a clip of Usher’s song on Instagram in which post Usher notices and tells her to “keep it going”.  With the notice of Usher and AMG Corp, Mikeila will be a powerhouse very soon. At her age, she is already a force to reckoned with.

She is the first Faze Magazine Ambassador and on the Nike Marathon Run Team.   She recently released her new Christmas song called “Merry Christmas (I’m Yours)”.    It can be seen at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UiBI_k4OPRI

Mikeila grew up in a family of five, with two younger siblings. Her father Michael Marianetti has been battling Multiple Sclerosis since she was a toddler, and her mother Leilanie supports the family both physically and financially. Growing up in a single income family has always been a struggle, but even through the sacrifices, and there have been many, Mikeila has always been grateful for what she has been given. For Mikeila, family has always been more than just blood ties.

Her family is her best friend and her team. Her father having MS has never been a disability or a setback in her eyes, but just another difference that makes him unique, a difference that has helped bring the family closer in a positive sense. When interviewed about it Mikeila stated that “I never saw my dad as anything other than who he is. He’s my dad. He was never someone who couldn’t walk, or needed assistance, he was never that to me. Overall, I think I just see people as who they are and I think that that’s how it should be. I try to see people for what they stand for and not for the colour of their skin, their disability, their condition, or whatever it may be because they are people, and we all have differences, and that’s just one of them”.

Her kindness and positive outlook also struck a chord with Founder of Faze Magazine Lorraine Zander whose mission is to empower young women globally. During her interview with Faze, Mikeila was asked what she would do if she had a million dollars. A fun question that’s often used as an icebreaker according to Lorraine. Her answer brought tears to the room.

Mikeila stated “my dream would be to improve my house for my family and make it more wheelchair accessible for my father”. When asked what she would do with the leftover money she answered, “I want to give back to the community and those less fortunate by helping and supporting in missionary work in the Philippines”; her family homeland (something that is very dear and close to her heart). When pressed again for a third time she shyly stated, “I want to help other aspiring artists pursue their dreams because the opportunities I have experienced has meant the world to me”. Not once did she mention anything about pampering herself.
