Insanity…… awesome!

This morning, I completed Day 5 of Shaun T’s Insanity exercise program. And I tell you, I LOVE it! (5 days of workouts)

Not only do I sweat more than I ever have in any other workout I have done, I am sore constantly from the workouts. A very good sore, which means that the program is working for me!  The program is for 60 days with one week in between as a recovery week before you begin Month 2.  (so a total of 9 weeks) The program is 6 days with 1 rest day a week.

Over the years, I have tried many programs and then stopped because I was too lazy but finally after getting my nutrition program in check, the exercise was next on my list to be added. I feel healthier and stronger knowing I am giving my body what it needs and I am so excited to work on my fitness goals as well.  Wish me luck!
